The Heirloom Gourmet offers the premier fruit syrups, dried produce, jams, jellies and butters, honey and maple products available. Ripened on the vine and harvested at the peak of flavor, there is nothing better. We produce New Hampshire’s finest provisions.

From the beginning, we have employed prudent and natural growing practices. Our fresh ingredients are grown on the farm under our watchful eye. We employ the latest practices and controls to enable the cultivation of clean and healthy fruits, vegetables and herbs which are used to produce our products. Our preference, from the beginning, has been to employ bio-friendly organic practices and to err on the side of caution concerning disease and past management.

Our primary intent is to produce the most flavorful and healthy products available on the market. To that end, we oversee cultivation and production which yields products with the numerous 5-star ratings they deserve. We have shipped our products all over the world.
The fresh ingredients used to produce The Heirloom Gourmet products are all produced on the premises. Our maple syrup, strawberries and some herbs are locally sourced, including Daisy Hill Farm and Edgewater Farm.
